Returns
We do not offer returns for change of mind.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us at to arrange a return, replacement, or refund. Returns must be approved before sending items back to the following address:
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., videos, special orders).
- Perishable goods (if applicable).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Refunds
Refunds will only be provided for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
